Printing your own labels for Yoto MYO cards takes about five minutes and turns a stack of identical white cards into a library your child can read by sight. Here's the whole process, start to finish, using our free browser tool.
What you'll need
- Your Yoto MYO cards (54 × 85.6 mm, credit-card size)
- A4 or US Letter paper — plain paper plus a glue stick, or full-sheet sticker/label paper
- A colour inkjet or laser printer
- Scissors or a craft knife and ruler
Step 1 — Add your artwork
Open the free Yoto Card Label Maker. Upload your own photos (JPG, PNG or WebP) or pick a built-in template. Everything runs in your browser, so your images are never uploaded anywhere.
Step 2 — Lay out the sheet
Arrange up to nine labels per page, add text titles if you like, and choose A4 or US Letter. Each label is locked to the true card size (54 × 85.6 mm) with cut lines.
Step 3 — Print at 100%
Download the print-ready PDF and print at 100% / actual size — make sure "fit to page" is switched off, or the labels will come out the wrong size. Run the included calibration test page first if it's your first time.
Step 4 — Trim and stick
Cut along the guide lines. On sticker paper, peel and apply straight to the card. On plain paper, a thin layer of glue stick works well; a strip of clear tape over the top adds durability. Smooth out any bubbles and you're done.
Tips for a clean result
- Matte paper resists fingerprints better than gloss.
- Let the ink dry for a minute before handling to avoid smudges.
- Round the corners with a craft punch to match the card's rounded edges.
That's it. Make a set with the free Yoto Card Label Maker, and if the cards are piling up, see our guide to storing a Yoto MYO collection.
